Health Connect data (Android app)
If you connect Health Connect in the Habit Nova Android app, the app reads only these types, and only after you allow each one:

- •Exercise sessions (minutes)
- •Active calories burned
- •Sleep sessions (minutes)
- •Weight
We use it for one thing: to log a habit you linked to it once today's number reaches the target you set, for example "Walk 8,000 steps". The numbers are read on your phone, only for today, and only while the app is open. They stay on your phone. Our servers only receive the fact that the habit was logged, as if you had logged it yourself.
Habit Nova never writes to Health Connect, never sells Health Connect data, never shares it with third parties, and never uses it for advertising or to train AI models.
You can remove a link in Integrations › Health Connect, and turn off access at any time in Health Connect › App permissions › Habit Nova.
