The Tap Experience

Tags work with any modern smartphone — iPhone (XS and newer) and most Android phones. No special app install needed for the initial tap.

Give your habit a name, choose a goal type (build or break), set a frequency (daily, weekly, or custom), and define a target with units — like "8 glasses" of water or "30 minutes" of reading.
