How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay per active member per month. When a new member joins, the next invoice adjusts automatically. Removing a member credits the remaining days.
Do members need their own Habit Nova account?
Yes — each member logs in with their own free account. Their org habits sit alongside any personal habits they already track.
Can I mix personal and org habits?
Absolutely. Org-assigned habits appear in each member's personal dashboard. They can also keep any habits they track privately.
What are NFC tags used for?
Org NFC tags are physical stickers or cards that members tap with their phone to instantly log a habit — no app-opening needed. Great for gyms, offices, and group spaces.
Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes — you can create as many orgs as you need. A "+ New" button in the org switcher lets you spin up another organization instantly, each with its own members, habits, NFC tags, and billing.
Can I delete an organization?
Yes. Admins can permanently delete an org from Organization → Settings → Danger Zone. You must type the org name to confirm. All members, habits, NFC tags, and data are removed — member personal accounts and habits are unaffected.
What are Universal / Community NFC tags?
Universal tags are public NFC or QR campaigns any Habit Nova user can scan — not just your org members. Great for gyms, studios, and events. Community habits are scan-only; manual back-logging is blocked to keep data honest.
What happens if we exceed the member limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade before the limit is hit. Members already in the org stay active — no one gets locked out mid-billing-cycle.
