30-Day Window

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Original Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • • Physical products (journals, planners, accessories) returned within 30 days of delivery
  • • Items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • • Defective or damaged items (we cover return shipping)
  • • Wrong item received

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Digital products, downloads, and software subscriptions (once accessed)
  • • Subscription plan fees (once the billing period has started)
  • • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • • Used, washed, or damaged items (except manufacturer defects)
  • • Items without original packaging
  • • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

2. How to Start a Return

    Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    Email support@habitnova.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

    Receive return authorization.

    Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. 3
    Ship your item back.

    Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside. Ship to the address provided. For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid label. For all other returns, the customer covers shipping costs.

  4. 4
    Receive your refund or exchange.

    Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund or ship your replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following timeframes after we confirm the return:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days (varies by bank)
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

4. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or variant. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and let us know what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the exchange item has a higher price, you will be charged the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • • Your order number
  • • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • • A brief description of the issue

We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.

6. Subscription Plans

Habit Nova app subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans) are billed monthly or annually. The following terms apply:

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no questions asked.
  • • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to paid features, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case for a credit or refund.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription.
